Non-themed links for search engine optimisation

Thought I would add this thread about linking hysteria. We nearly all get them, thousand upon thousands of unrelated link exchange requests. My own in-box is bombarded with so many link requests each day it takes ages to trawl through them and considering that don’t want to miss out any decent ones, you have to.

With more and more webmasters learning about the power of linking it is hardly surprising that this happened. Some one asked on High Rankings Search Engine Optimization Forum is it worth accepting all of the high page rank ones. The answer is yes but it’s only worth excepting themed links that are relevant to your website.
